CAN I BRING FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS TO MY SESSION?

That is entirely up to you! Your session is for you. It can be beneficial to have your own space free of the influence of friends or family, but there is also a time and place for group work. 

WHAT TYPE OF INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Nebraska Medicaid, BCBS, and United Healthcare. We also have an income based sliding fee scale. We believe everyone deserves quality care regardless of economic status. 

IS WHAT I SAY DURING MY TREATMENT CONFIDENTIAL?

Yes! Your sessions are protected by HIPAA. There are exceptions for children or vulnerable adults who are being abused as well as to save the life of you or someone else.
